We began working with Benito and his Coreganize 360 program in January of 2011 and we have been doing it ever since.  We felt the difference immediately!  It would be hard to describe our experience through words but the awareness of our bodies, space and time have drastically improved.  The program has helped us find the most organic way of movement through awareness of how our bodies are designed to move.
