Meet Benito Garcia - Personal Dance & Performance Coach

With over 250 matching ties and socks, Benito Garcia is a man with unquestionable style and charisma and an attention to detail like no other. It comes as no surprise that Benito developed his program, COREganize 360, to help athletes and artists refine and master the details of THEIR performances.

You will often hear Benito say, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at begin to change," and that's what COREganize 360 does! Athletes and performers of all levels are improving their performances, scoring better and winning more after adopting Benito's COREganize 360 program as a part of their training.

Benito is no stranger to the hard work and dedication that is required to be a champion athlete. During his professional dance career, Benito was:

  • US National Open Professional American Rhythm finalist

  • Runner up a the US and IDSF World Mambo Championships

  • Performed all over the world in venues including everything from musical theatres, including his lead role in "The Rhythm of Love", principal dance appointment in the Broadway Musical "Swing"

  • Performaned at the Kremlin Cup in Moscow, Russia and the WDC World Pro-Am Championships and Pro Latin Exhibition in Buenos Aires and the Bahamas.

  • Benito was also a featured performer on the PBS show, Championship Ballroom Dancing.

Like the many dance professionals that have trained and inspired Benito, including Linda Dean, Rufus Dustin, Marianne Nicole, Tony Meredith, Ron Montez, Diana McDonald and Ed Simon, he, in turn, wants to inspire a new generation of dancers on the floor today. As a coach, Benito specializes in training amateur and professional dancers, combining ballroom technique with cross training in other dance styles as well as fitness and core training. Benito's students have enjoyed great success, including final and podium placements in the US National Championships.

Benito is perhaps best known for his choreography, having worked for:

  • Holiday Pops Concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC

  • Fox TV Latin America

  • New York City Center Theater's 25th Annual Gala

  • Tribute performances for celebrities including Patrick Swayze, Nigel Lifco, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, just to name a few. Benito's choreography was also featured in Dance Legends.
